In the Summer of 2024 we were able to add a mural to the front of our building!

Ray Harvey painted a mural of The Luther Rose surrounded by "Saved by Grace through Faith not works" Ephesians 2:8-9
These words are done in the color scheme of the University of Central Missouri's red and white. They're done in a special font that requires one to carefully study the words, just as God's Word requires careful study. But once you understand, it is impossible to unsee.

In the center of the mural is Luther’s Seal, often called The Luther Rose. In the rose, the black cross reminds us we are saved from sin because Jesus died on the cross. The red heart reminds us we live because Jesus shed his blood for us. Our faith in Him has saved us. The White rose reminds us that our faith gives us joy, comfort, and peace. The white reminds us this is peace like the angels enjoy in the presence of God. The blue background reminds us of the sky and the hope that we will one day meet Jesus in Heaven, or on Earth if He returns in glory before we die. The gold circle is precious. It reminds us of heaven’s endless joy. A circle is an endless shape.
